Houston we have landed
I am sure that you all heard about Hurricane Ike. I will give you three guesses as to where I have ended up this week as a result. It is hot here, almost 90 and feels it. I am right next to Rice University and will try to go running tomorrow morning. Taking the girls to the mountains this weekend. Bonfires, marshmellows, fishing and walking through the woods...It doesn't get any better than that.

Hey Chuck - enjoy your time in TX! Eric was supposed to go down there for a client meeting but his clients don't have much of an office left to meet in!
I have been OK on the working out front, but I can't say it's been any better. Just trying to get to the gym 5 out of 7 days and eat right. Now I just need to tie up some loose ends and get more sleep!
Maddens- you must be busy with soccer and bike events! Have a great ride this weekend! My friends Mari and Eric are doing the MS150 (although I think Mari is only doing 75).
Shannon - how's the marathon training? Did you do the marathon yet or is it in October? Did you do the half?
