My goggles are really starting to fog up and the spit method just does seem to last for very long. Any suggestions?

I use baby shampoo (no more tears). Just rub a little dab on the inside (just the front part of the lens) and then your goggles will not fog up. Don't rub it around too much because you don't want it to turn white and get bubbly.
They also make a defogger spray. I've used both. Both work.
I've used the Barracuda brand de-fogger with success. The speedo brand stuff doesn't work.
Good advice on the goggles. I'll try it. I have been trying to post a new comment and can't figure it out. Can someone tell me how to post a comment?
