Need some motivation?

Michaelle - I was just emailing with Deirdre about needing some motivation. I think the first order of business is making sure you get enough sleep so that you actually have a good workout when you have time to do one. And then go out and get a Triathlete or Runners World magazine and read it for inspiration. Even that might not work for you... So my suggestion is to find a race this weekend (if you can) and go watch it. That seems to be the best motivator for me. All that adrenaline flowing around you seems to wear off onto you and give you a little kick start back into training.
