If anyone else is interested, Shannon, Michaelle, and I are doing the Endless Summer Sprint Tri in Beach Haven on Long Beach Island. We are inching our way from river to ocean with the swim taking place in the bay. It's on 09/23. Come join!

That is a good question. I have no idea what bay temperatures are like. But I don't imagine the temperature will be much different than the norm for Jersey shore in the summer. I am assuming no wetsuit and the salt water makes you extra buoyant anyway.
That would be great if you did it with us!
