What are folks plan for sprint triathlons pre-Philly? There are the two DQ events (Hammonton & Belleplain) before Philly... I am leaning towards one event definitely the weekend of May 31st/June 1st (my birthday) which would mean either Belleplain or Black Bear (CGI)... I know that Dave is doing the half at Black Bear which would be cool to cheer for him (hopefully would finish the spring before his half!)... it is $20 bucks more than DQ, but better race. THOUGHTS? Would like to race with folks...

I am confused about the relay event. Is the relay for the marathon or for the 10 miler? If the former, I am interested, if the latter, that's lame:)

Does it mean that every mile you change your team member or is everyone supposed to run 26.2 miles?
If Dave is doing Black Bear, I would pick to do that sprint.
there are four loops... I think the breakdown is one 10 mile loop and 3 5.4 mile loops... weird... I know, but that is the course the marathon runners complete
I'm up for both the BB sprint and the relay marathon.
I have the Broad St. run on April 28 - is it in May?
And Beth, how was Macy's bridal event?

Hey gang - It depends on how early you start tomorrow. My family is at my house for the weekend. I also have a football game at 11 am and cake tasting/consultation at 2 pm so I'll be away from them most of the afternoon tomorrow. I'm probably going to wind up passing. Plus - I think it's supposed to rain/snow tomorrow morning. If you do go for a bike ride, bundle up!

The weather just doesn't seem like it is going to cooperate for a Saturday workout. Bernadette and I will workout locally if the weather breaks or at the club.

Hi Tri Buddies,
Long time no aee. Still have my cold/cough but started training again this week. Spinning 2 nights this week and swimming 2 nights. Swam 1/2 miles without touching the walls and without stopping so pretty proud of my self. Walked/ran on Saturday about 2 1/2 miles. Found some great shin supports that stopped the shin splints so I felt pretty good. I gotta catch up to you guys in my training. Hopefully I will see you all this Sunday. Beth how did the cake tasting go? SOunds like fun. What is your wedding date? How is everyone doing? How is everyones jobs, family etc...? Does any one know of a wet suit I could borrow? If I do a may tri I am going to need one. Take care.
After I posted my comments I saw all my spelling errors. Sorry. So long time no see. I swam twice this week 1/2 miles each night. Have to work on swim stoke, not as efficient as I would like gotta read up on swimming. See ya
