Here are four cool runs coming up... since we are ALL such lovers of running... figured everyone would want the information... =) Let me know if anyone plans on doing one (or all of them)...
1) 10TH ANNUAL GREAT EASTERN STATE BREAKOUT RUN 5K... October 13, 2007. Looking for a great flat and fast course then this is the race for you. It will take you through the Fairmount Area ending at the East State Penitentiary. All participants can enjoy a post race breakfast & loads of giveaways. Who knows maybe you'll even win one of their cool awards!

3) Dash for Democracy - a 5k here in Philly on Nov. 3rd.
(Nicole has a group of friends running as a team... maybe we could join that team or start another one)
4) Philly Marathon/Half-Marathon and 8K on Nov. 18th....(I am most likely running the 8K... but playing with the idea of running/walking the half in preparation for the half I am running in February
