Good Times!

Had fun last night... it was great to see everyone and get a chance to socialize! =) Definitely need to schedule more socializing into our crazy lives-- especially with training about to start again!

Beth-- the date for the Turks & Caicos triathlon has changed to March-- UGH!!! =( December was such a perfect time... and the pictures are sooo pretty... almost pretty enough to make one forget they are signing up to swim a mile, bike 66 (I have no idea why they add 10 miles to the normal half-iron) and run 13 (how kind, they knock off a whole .1 of a mile)

OWELL... guess that means the search for the perfect half-iron continues...

It was great seeing everyone last week.

March? I think I'm going to agree with Chuck - that might be perfect for next year!! Maybe that can be my last hurrah before having kids! I might not have enough vacation time this year anyway and that will give my knees more time to recover.

Congrats on your A Shannon! Good work! ...I think Chuck just wants your paper in case his girls can't fall asleep. (I'm kidding...)

How do you think I got the A... I was banking on the two professors falling asleep early into the paper... otherwise I was in trouble!! =)

PS: My new plan is if I can't commit to a half-iron by April... I am going to sign up for the marine corp marathon... talk about motivation for finding a half-iron!

BTW - there's another 5K for the Arthritis Foundation. This one is in April in Collegeville if anyone is interested. I'll let you know the exact date after I find the email.

If I did a marathon, it would be the Marine Corps marathon, that's for sure! The atmosphere is great. The last 6 miles is a little sparse for people cheering, but it's still a great race.

Kids? If you want kids, I will let you borrow mine for as long as you want. Maybe you can figure out which toothpaste makes them happy (pink/blue/green-it changes daily and usually after I have already put it on a toothbrush.
