Hey gang - tomorrow after the swim/run practice, I'm taking my group to Delancey Street Bagels. So far, I have two who are going. Are any of you taking your groups?
Let me know about biking, too. I have football at 3 pm. If we start around noon and bike for about an hour or an hour and a half, then I'll just go over to the fields early to watch my friend play her game.

Well gang, I am going to make a pit stop tomorrow after bagels. My friend got moved from Einstein over to Moss Rehab so I'm going to go visit her tomorrow right after Delancey Street Bagels. If you make the decision to bike tomorrow, let me know!

How far did you guys run last night? The game was great, a lot of fun.
We ran the 'normal' distance... whatever it is from Spring Mill until the end of the trail... it was a great game... watched most of it on TV... the run was really good... shaved time off of last week and everything... =)
anyone up for a hill ride tomorrow post swim or should be try Sunday (despite rainy forecast)... St.A's is riding on Sunday... we could ride Valley Forge hills Sunday... or as discussed yesterday.... hills tomorrow and maybe a flat ride Sun.
So, I accidentally rode 20 miles Saturday - forgot to count the 12 mile round trip from my house to fairmount park... Once I did the math I figured out why my knee muscles (those muscles directly over and around my knees) were so sore. I consider it a sign of my new fitness level that I didn't need a nap. Well, I didn't take a nap, anyway. Then mostly ran 8.5 on Sunday. Then biked for groceries. While not an outdoors woman, I feel pretty radical.
What mentor-type activities should we plan for this weekend? Or are they already planned?
